Come out and enjoy National Night Out on Tuesday, August 2nd from 6-9pm at the Parade Field. Each year Corvias Military Living partners with the Directorate of Emergency Services for this great event to support the military community enhance the relationship between neighbors and to make our community a better place to live.
This award-winning free event features safety demonstrations, displays from local and state law enforcement offices and activities for the Fort Meade community. Be sure to check out the zip-line, inflatables, laser tag, rock walls and much more. Residents can also cool off with light refreshments and cold drinks and treats. There is fun for the whole family and the kids will love it!

Misconduct - Residents are responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests on the property. Any conduct that violates the ROA or RRG, including, but not limited to, drug and other unlawful activity, will typically be addressed through a written notice to the Resident that corrective action must be taken. Failure to comply will result in notifying the Resident's chain of command will be notified. Repeated violations will result in the termination of the lease agreement.
Noise/quite hours – Please be mindful of the noise level in your apartment. The volume from a radio, stereo, TV, electronic device or musical instrument should not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of Reece Crossings. Noise violations will result in a fine.
Increased police presence - You will notice increased police presence on the property to patrol the community. If you are found to be in violation of our code of conduct as stated in the resident responsibility guide, you will be subject to penalties including, but not limited to: fines, contact of command (if applicable), a lease violation, and lease termination.
Items left in the breezeways – Dumpsters are available in various locations throughout Reece Crossings to dispose of trash. Residents may not place rubbish in any common areas or on the outside of designated dumpsters. Residents may not leave excess trash or rubbish when moving out of their apartment. Bulk trash may not be left outside the building or near dumpsters at any time.
Litter - Please dispose of all trash in the receptacles that are provided throughout the property. Do not dispose of any trash in the buildings, parking lots or grounds. Let’s do our best to keep the community clean!
How can you beat the heat this summer? Avoid using heat generating appliances during the hottest part of the day! Things such as your clothes dryer, oven and dish washer can all generate a lot of heat, which can make it harder to cool your home.
Your community calendar can help you stay up-to-date on trash, recycling, lawn care, resident events and community activities.
You can even sync your community calendar with a personal Google calendar by clicking on the +Google button on the bottom right-hand corner of the calendar.

Fort Meade Farmers Market every Wednesday from 10am-2pm at the Meade Pavilion. Pick-up some local produce or fresh baked goods, eat a delicious lunch at one of the 7 lunch trucks and browse the assortment of vendors.
Get Fit and Bowl every Friday in August from 12-5pm for a low impact fitness activity. This event is free and includes shoe rental!
Disney on Ice tickets go on sale beginning August 1 at LTS! Show dates at October 28, 29 and 30 at the Royal Farm Arena.
